We need at least 7 days notice for orders. We recommend you book as soon as possible to ensure your date is available.

Initial deposit of 50% is required for all orders over $100. This reserves your event date and is non-refundable and can only be transferred to a new date upon approval.

Remaining balance is due 7 days before event and that date will be indicated on your invoice

Delivery and/or setup fees will be included in invoice total

We are not responsible for damage to cakes after setup/pickup is complete. You are responsible for providing a secure table and environment for the cake. Cakes are heavy and require sturdy tables and optimal room temperature of 70 degrees or below.

Our products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens.
